ChatGPT DB is a browser extension that provides fast local title search and organization tools for ChatGPT conversations.

Data accessed

ChatGPT DB accesses ChatGPT conversation metadata and titles only as needed to build and maintain the local title index and to open selected conversations. It does not index conversation message contents.

Local storage

Conversation titles, stars, groups, custom display titles, settings, and backup-related information are stored locally in the user's browser using browser extension storage.

Data transmission

ChatGPT DB does not transmit the local organizer database to the developer or to any developer-operated server.

Analytics and tracking

ChatGPT DB does not use analytics, telemetry, advertising trackers, behavioral profiling, or third-party tracking technologies.

Data sharing and sale

Backups

Manual JSON backups are created only when the user explicitly chooses to export a backup. The user decides where that backup file is stored.
